Poor communication
Race time changed with little to no notice to participants. Race Organizer showed no empathy for those of us who didn't have an open schedule on Thanksgiving morning to wait around for the new race time of 9am. Confirmed race time on race & registration site said 8am. Never received an email about packet pick up or updated race time. Will not be doing another run with Purnell Racing. Only reason I'm not demanding a refund is due to this run being a fundraiser.
